This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3
Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Customers on Unix using DS job scheduler. **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When rescheduling a job, other jobs are removed from the schedule. On Unix, the code that manages the crontab entries for scheduled jobs adds a #DSjobDS comment which is use to locate entries. This comment includes a reference number which until now has been assumed to be quite small. If a job with a reference number that is a subset of other reference numbers is rescheduled or unscheduled, then the other matching jobs will be unscheduled. **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: Apply patch JR35232. ****************************************************************
Problem conclusion
Fixed scheduled job comment reference number matching to be more specific, matching to the end of the line.
