JR35015: THE RUSSIAN CURRENCY "RUR" SHOULD BE UPDATED TO "RUB" in the IBM MDM for PIM version 6.0

Error description

• In the IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server for Product
  Information Management version 6.0,
  the current symbol and code of Russian currency is
  "RUR". Since the 1st January 1998, the Russian currency is
  "RUB". So "RUR" should be updated to "RUB".
  
  The following 3 locales are used as examples:
  
  Current behaviour:
  1. In "english"  locale, the representation is:  RUR RUR(
  Russian Rublr (1991-1998)).
  2. In "Russian"  locale,the representation is:
  RUR p.
  3. In "French" locale, the representation is:
  RUR RUR(rouble de Russie(1991-1998))
  
  Behavior after fixing this issue should be:
  
  1. In "english" locale, the representation is: RUB RUB(Russian
  Ruble)
  2. In "Russian"  locale,the representation is: RUB py6
  3. In "French" locale, the representation is: RUB RUB(rouble)
