Error description

• Job Startup fails occasionally with an error message
  APT_PMWaitForPlayerToStart failed while waiting for players
  to confirm startup.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  Added the environment variable APT_PM_PLAYER_TIMEOUT to allow
  for longer player startup times.
  Changed strerror() calls to APT_strerror() for correct character
  mapping.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Installed the patch.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• IS 8.1 Japanese Windows patch JR34995 resolves the problem.
  
  Added the Environment Variable APT_PM_PLAYER_TIMEOUT to allow
  longer player startup times. Changed strerror() calls to
  APT_strerror() for correct character mapping.
