Error description

• Import of CSV file including only terms (with no categories
  section) if the category names contain special characters like
  (') fails.
  

Local fix

• - Lack of special characters in the CSV imported file.
  - Add a categories section in the CSV file to include ALL
  categories that are referenced by the terms in the terms
  section. The categories must include all their attributes (e.g.
  descriptions) or a null value will be assigned.
