APAR status

Error description

• installer (updater.jar version 1...136) returns
  The update "patch_XXXXXX" was successfully applied.
  However, if there was an issue, the Version.xml shows a "Partial
  Success".  Customer has 21 patches and they are scripted to be
  installed via console mode.  Customer wants the return message
  and code to reflect the Partial Success so they can react
  appropriately.

• check Version.xml after each patch applied manually.
