Error description

• When we run our Sql Query in Balance Optimizer we will run the
  statement per every record. This will have a impact on
  performance.
  
  Staging tables to be created on DB server where the Sql Query is
  run and results then returned to Balance Optimizer. This should
  improve performance.

Problem conclusion

• Product code is updated to generate different SQL which will run
  faster.
