Error description

• Clicking OK button after adding user defined environment
  variable in Project Properties window of DataStage
  Administrator, following error dialog box pops up.
  
  Error calling subroutine: *DataStage*DSR.ADMIN (Action=3); check
  DataStage is set up correctly in project PROJECTNAME (Subroutine
  failed to
  complete successfully (30107))
  

Local fix

• This happens when non-English is used for DataStage client UI
  languge in Information Server 8.1, and can be avoided just
  switching UI language to English using Language Setter Tool.
