  Customer is trying to edit  Max run time in deployment tab
  erroring out when trying to modify they get
  
  System.ArgumentException: '43200' is not a valid value for
  'Value' 'Value' shouldbe between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'

  USERS AFFECTED:
  ISD users attempting to change configuration values for an ISD
  operation or provider.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Various configuration values for an ISD operation and provider
  contain unreasonable upper limits and are not consistent
  betweenthe design, deployment, and runtime. For example, the
  upper   limit of the Max Runtime configuration value is 100 in
  the  deployment, 9000 in the runtime, and 10000 in the
  design.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch JR34173 or apply IS 81 FP1.

Problem conclusion

• Changed the upper limits of all configuration values to be more
  reasonable and consistent between the different areas.
