Error description

  • On 64 bit operating systems the progress meter for the teradata
ee stage is not disabled when set to 0 (per documentation) .

TDEE jobs using "progreessInterval".

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The "progressInterval" option is NOT working as documented,
on 64-bit platforms (while working fine on 32-bit platforms).

RECOMMENDATION:
Install the patch.

Problem conclusion


    

  • This is a 64-bit porting issue and hence encountered on HP-IA64
platform. Issue is not fixed & patch is provided.
