APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Improve the log information for incorrect setting format in
  db2dj.ini
  
  For example,there is line "export DJX_ODBC_LIBRARY_PATH." in
  db2dj.ini, then db2start will fail with the following error:

  The log information will be enhanced for user to easily identify
  the error is from incorrect setting in db2dj.ini.
  

Local fix

• When you see above similar error in db2diag.log when using
  Federation, please check the setting in db2dj.ini
  
  For the above example, the correct setting should
  be:DJX_ODBC_LIBRARY_PATH=<path value>

Problem conclusion

• Problem was first fixed in Version 9.5 FixPak 5 (s091123 ). This
