Error description
Oracle jobs use OS Authentication to log onto Oracle. That means the Oracle connection is established based on the credentials of the User ID that requested the connection. The empty brackets {} have the same effect as logging onto Oracle as EXTERNAL, meaning ?use the credentials of the User ID.
