JR32966: PATCH FOR TRANSPORT BLOCK SIZE ISSUE IN VER 8.0.2

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A patch needs to be built to address the Transport Block size
  issue with fixed length schemas.
  

Local fix

• This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3

  Information Server 8.0.1 FP2 customers.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An error will occur saying Fatal Error: unknown block format in
  jobs where the customer is using a fixed length schema and has
  changed the default block format size using
  APT_DEFAULT_TRANSPORT_BLOCK_SIZE
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch JR32966.
  This change is included in 8.1 Fix Pack 1.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• A change to handle the most recent block format was missing
  fromthe FP2 branch.  With this change the jobs will run to
     completion as expected.
