JR32839: LIBRARY LOAD PATH ISSUE WHEN INSTALLING A PATCH

Error description

• Patch installation failed to restart MetadataServer if getting
  incorrect library load path entries. Patch status is "partial
  success".
  

Local fix

• create a new file named MetadataServer_env.sh within the
  ASBServer/bin directory and then (2) edit the file with the
  following lines:
  
  #!/bin/sh
  unset LIBPATH
  export LIBPATH
