• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There has been a new dependency on libtcpdbnt.dll in the PX
  engine libraries that are included with the QualityStage client
  install.  Without this library in place on the client, calls
  to both the Standardized and Match weight dll's fail for
  QualityStage.  (Defects 155154 and 155168)

  Using the Rules analyzer with IS 801 FP2 causes an error.

  It is recommended to apply the patch for this APAR on top of
  your FP2 installation.
