Error description

• new partitioning logic was causing user-supplied query to run
  excessively long.  Made suggestion to use filter to produce same
  results.

• This fix is included in 8.0.1 fix pack 3

Problem conclusion

• updated unified source with improved algorithm.
  Now we have the following algorithms for parallel read:
  
     1.ROWID_RANGE       default partitioner
  based on rowid ranges.
      2.ROUND_ROBIN  round robin using
  dbms_rowid package.
      3.ROWID_HASH row distribution
  using hash on rowid value
      4.COLUMN_HASH:<column>    row distribution using
  hash on a given column
      5.COLUMN:<column>    row distribution
  using given numerical column.
