APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• To enable the SELECT of  SMALLINT  column which is mapped to
  remote INT.
  
  Based on those fix, SELECT SMALLINT from remote INT in Teradata
  Wrapper behaves as following.
  1) If the remote INT value falls in the range of SMALLINT,
  [-32768,32767], we can get the correct result.
  2) If the INT value is out of this range,  following error
  message will be reported.
  SQL0413N  Overflow occurred during numeric data type conversion.
  SQLSTATE=22003

• Problem was first fixed in Version 9.5 FixPak 5 (s091123 ). This
