JR32624: COMPILATION ERROR AFTER INSTALLING PATCH_JR31443V2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• One of the patches is causing compilation issue -
  patch_JR31443v2.  When the patch is removed, the compilation
  error goes away.
  

Local fix

• There is a shared container used in this job called
  SCInboundErrorLog, this uses a parameter set WHS_PARAM_SET, it
  also contains a number of environment variables. However, these
  environment variables are also present in parameter set
  WHS_PARAM_SET. This is a design error as you cannot have an
  environment variable as a job or container parameter that is
  also present in a parameter set that the job or container also
  has, as it causes ambiguity. Therefore, those environment
  variables either have to come out of the parameter set, or the
  shared container.
  
  Need to restart the designer after above

  Compiling a job using a shared container that has environment
  variables defined as parameters that are also defined in a
  parameter set it uses, causes a "precompilation failed - no
   other information" error.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch_JR32624  (which requires JR31443v2 to be already
  installed).
  This change is included in 8.1 Fix Pack 1.

Problem conclusion

• The code was failing to produce the correct error message
  (whichwas to say which shared container failed compilation and
       identify the duplicate environment variables at fault)
