Error description

• Job such as Sybase Enterprise stage --> Peek hanged at
  initialization phase with IQ 12.5 and Open Client 12.5.
  Same job ran fine with Sybase IQ 12.7 and Open Client 12.5.

Problem conclusion

• Expensive select query to get column metadata results in hang of
  subsequent query.Modified code to get the column metadata using
  ct_dynamic option CS_DESCRIBE_OUTPUT.
