APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If "like" is used as part of the where clause, the "like" part
of the clause will not be pushed down for ODBC wrapper even
though the server option DB2_MAXIMAL_PUSHDOWN  is set to 'Y'.
For example:
select A from nickname where A like 'abc%'
The "like" in predicate is not being pushed down.

InfoSphere Federation Server
Problem description and summary:
   See error description.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem was first fixed in Version 9.1 FixPak 8 (s090823). This
fix should be applied on the federation server.
