Error description

• DataStage jobs intermittently encounters an
  error.
   Message:: main_program: The section leader on sliuqa52 died
   Message:: main_program: **** Parallel startup failed ****
  
  In the Debugging directory, it has fork() failure.  However,
  fork() failures at parallel job startup time do not display
  errno.

• This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3
