Error description

• nicknames COLUMNS on View will always be NUllable, even though
  the table column is not null .
  
    //Teradata does not tell the truth about the nullability of
  the columns of a view.
    //So, if the table type is 'V', we assume all the column are
  nullable.

• NONE. SPECIAL BUILD REQUIRED.
