  These should be associated with this APAR as related elements.
  
  Received the following on 3/17:
  I have analyzed your test case and reviewed/debugged our code,
  unfortunately we hit another bug in QS8 RefMatch when we combine
  A and B frequency tables. It is not an issue directly related to
  issue 3 we described before.
  
  Asked to update so patch could be created/included.
