Error description
DB2 License Manager attempts to calculate the number of physical sockets available, taking into account multiple cores per socket as well as hyper-threading. In a virtualized environment where (for example) only 3 out of 4 cores are assigned to DB2, DB2 License Manager will report "0" as the number of processors, instead of "3 / 4". This is the result of an integer division truncation bug in DB2 License Manager and does not indicate a problem with the system. It is a display problem only.
