    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Trailing sign is only supported in the Sequential File Stage
    forunpacked decimal formats.

    RECOMMENDATION:
    Upgrade to Information Server 8.5
    This change is included in 8.1 Fix Pack 1.
