Error description
Known problem with Information Analyzer 8.1 and Windows Terminal Services that causes the "Open Column Analysis" Task to abort. This is a problem I've discussed with the lead IA Architect (Dave Meeks) and IA development manager (Shuyan He) and they acknowledged it's a bug that will be fixed in IA RP2 due out end of this month, we (IBM Information Management Services) however need an immediate patch due to the business impact to us. Engineering is willing to create a patch however they did ask us to open a critical ticket and an APAR ticket to start the patch process. If I need to initiate the APAR ticket creation please let me know and where to do it - Thanks.
