JR31682: DATASTAGE 751: ISSUE WITH JOB MONITOR THAT IS CAUSING ERROR IN ONE ENVIRONMENT AND JOB HANG IN ANOTHER.

Error description

• DataStage 751:  In one environment Parallel job is receiving:
  
  Received SIGPIPE signal caused by closing of the socket on port
  13400. No output will be sent to port 13400 for the rest of
  the job.
  
  the same job in a second environment is hanging until I stop
  the job, but if I set APT_NO_JOBMON=True the job finishes.
  This is happening even with row based monitoring turned on.
  

Local fix

• If APT_NO_JOBMON=True is set the job completes.

  for IS 8.1.

Problem conclusion

• Modified the parsing of complex query to get Process Metadata
  soas to avoid SIGPIPE error.
