Error description
Following log message is always put when a job which has ODBC EE/Netezza stage to access Netezza database is launched. "ODBC_Enterprise_1: Process meta data not available in database" In addition, when this message is put in a job log, following message is put in a database log. "ERROR: Relation 'METASTAGE_LOC_INFO' does not exist".

Problem conclusion
Add env variable DS_NO_PROCESS_METADATA to control collection ofmetadata and hence avoid warning messages related to Process Metadata not found
