JR30783: RDA: 'On Delete' statement with No_Action option is not generat ed when generating ddl for DB2 zOS v8 database

Error description

• When generating DDL for DB2 zOS v8 (new function mode or compati
  bility mode), the client has specified the Referential Integrity
   to be 'On Delete:  No_Action'.  But in the generated DDL, the O
  n Delete statement isn't present.  Below are the steps to reprod
  uce.
  
  1)  Create a Data Design Project (Project1)
  2)  Create a PDM (PhysMdl.dbm) in Project1
  3)  Create 2 tables (Table1, Table2) in PhysMdl.dbm
  4)  Add a column (Column1) to Table1
  5)  Add a column (Column2) to Table2
  6)  Create a PK (Column2) in Table1
  7)  Drag and drop Table1 and Table2 onto Diagram1
  8)  Draw an Indentifying relationship from Table1 to Table2 to c
  reate a FK in Table2
  9)  Save the model
  10)  On the Properties view for the FK, on the Referential Integ
  rity tab, select 'No_Action' for On Delete.
  11)  Save the model
  12)  Select the schema in the Data Project Explorer, right-click
   and navigate to Generate DDL
  13)  Select All for each options page
  14)  Once the DDL is generated, there is no statement for On Del
  ete generated
