  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The dsrpc daemon cannot be restarted if old DataStage client
  connections are still active.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  This fix is part of 8.1.  It has been patched at 7.5.1A and
  8.0.1.x.

Problem conclusion

• A setsockopt() call was added to allow for reuse of the port so
  that dsrpcd can be restarted regardless of established
  connections.
