Error description

• Using a DB2 connector to read and insert clob data causes the
  job to hang. If direct LOB reference (Enable LOB
  REference = Yes) is used job fails with this error:
  
  Message:: Copy_of_ODBC_Connector_3,0: [IIS-CONN-ODBC-000064]
  Table could not be determined for LOB column: colbig
  (CC_OdbcLobLocator::getLobTable, file CC_OdbcLobLocator.cpp,
  line 155)
