Error description
The problem is due to SYSCAT.USEROPTIONS table was added an column between DB2UDB V8 and DB2 V9.5. . "DESCRIBE TABLE SYSCAT.USEROPTIONS" shows . Use Control Center on DB2 V9.5.

Problem was first fixed in Version 9.1 FixPak 8 (s090823). This fix should be applied on the federation server.
