Error description

  • The Control Center HADR Wizard crashes during execution of the
HADR setup commands. The Wizard works fine until you click
"Finish" to execute the commands. At that time, it crashes
during the "Updating services files" step. A Javacore will be
    generated in SQLLIB\TOOLS.

Local fix

  • Local Fix: None

    Work-Around: Setup HADR manually.

Alternatively, you can update the Services file of both the
Primary and Standby systems with the HADR service name and
numbers before starting the Wizard. At step 7 'Specify TCP/IP
Communication Parameters', you will need to override the values
generated by the Wizard with your values.
