Error description

  • In report template there is a categories section and there isnt'
    any documentation explaining what each category does. The
    requirement from customer is :-
    
    A description of the categories  and  explanation  of the
    components that they relate to.
    If  selecting a category brings up further options that are not
    self explanatory then these also need also to be documented.
    
    Document recieved but needs to be added to our official
    document.

  • Document recieved in word format. We now need to add it to our
    official reporting documentation.

    Customers requiring additional information on product-specific
    logging categories

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    When customer administrators are filtering on log events, they
    may want to have more info on the product-specific categories
    already defined.

    RECOMMENDATION:
    Request this document if appropriate, otherwise request future
    release where this information will be incorporated.  Currently
    planned for IS 8.2 release.
