Error description
"db2 autoconfigure using mem_percent 50 num_local_apps 5 num_remote_apps 0 apply none" We receive the following error message when we execute the above command. SQL0444N Routine "db2CfgSg" (specific name "SQL080117173644450" ) is implemented with code in library or path "\db2sg", function "db2CfgSg" which cannot be accessed. Reason code: "4". SQLSTATE=42724
Local fix
Copy the db2sg.dll (in sqllib/bin) and sgSql.bnd (in sqllib/bnd) from a machine with DB2 WSE or DB2 ESE with same release (compare output of db2level). After copy the files you have to restart db2.

Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
