APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM Data Server Runtime Client (RTCL) cannot be uninstalled
  when there are other DB2 copies that have products other than
  RTCL. Here is an example:
  Install RTCL in DB2COPY1 and install ESE in DB2COPY2. Uninstall
  RTCL in DB2copy1 will fail.
  

Local fix

• Use the command "db2unins -f" to force uninstall all DB2 product
  s, including RTCL, on the system. The db2unins utility can be fo
  und in the install image of IBM Data Server Client or any DB2 se
  rver product. Extra caution should be considered when using this
   command as it will wipe out all the DB2 copies on the system.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  After fixpak installation, several shortcuts in RTCL will be
  removed.
  The problem is the property MM_KEEP_SHORTCUT.
  We need to set MM_KEEP_SHORTCUT to "YES" in one of the
  RTCL-only custom actions. (a CA in db2rtlite.ism)
  This fix has to be forwarded to FP1.
