Error description

• When you upgrade a V9.5 32-bit instance to V9.5 64-bit instance
  by installing a DB2 64-bit database product and choose the
  migrate action in the Work with Existing option on a computer
  that has DB2 32-bit database product installed, you can get the
  following error message:
  The migration of a single-partition instance to a partitioned
  instance failed. Return value is "4294965973".
  
  
  In the install log file, you may also see this error:
  DBI1122E  Instance "instance-name" cannot be
  
  updated/migrated.
  You should not receive these messages because the instance is
  upgraded successfully.
  

Local fix

• Ignore these error messages and verify the instance was upgraded
  successfully by starting the instance. You should get the
  following message:
  SQL1063N  DB2START processing was successful.
