Error description

• DBM_GET_CFG can return SQL0443N and SQL5066W in the db2diag.log
  
  This seems to occur if you have set the following paramaters:
  
  SYSADM_GROUP
  SYSCTRL_GROUP
  SYSMAINT_GROUP
  SYSMON_GROUP
  
  SELECT NAME,VALUE,DATATYPE,VALUE_FLAGS,DEFERRED_VALUE,
  DEFERRED_VALUE_FLAGS FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1, TABLE( DBM_GET_CFG(
  )) AS DBM_GET_CFG
  
  returns:
  
  SQL0443N  Routine "SYSPROC.DBM_GET_CFG" (specific name
  "DBM_GET_CFG") has
  returned an error SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "".
