Error description

  Problem Description: Memory leak observed when one or more
  databases are not accessible or any SQL query fails.koqcoll.exe
  gets crash because of memory allocation error
  .
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    1) Install SQL server agent 6.2.2 on system
    2) Configure agent
    3) Start the agent
    4) Make one or more database(s) not accessible (or corrupt the
  databases) to fail the SQL query
    5) Observer private bytes of koqcoll.exe. The memory
  consumption would be increasing and after some time(depending on
  machine configuration) koqcoll.exe may crash because of
  insufficient memory.
