APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using a post-discovery filter to eliminate specific
  interface types, those interfaces are not included in model or
  ncim as expected. However, when a poll without an interface
  filter is run against that device - per the recommended
  configuration - the poll result is not discarded, thus, if the
  poll fails for a particular interface, an alert will be raised.
  

Local fix

• Remove post-discovery filter for specific interface types.
  Instead unmanage those interface types in
  TagManagedEntities.stch
