  • GetNextSlowDown, GetNextBoundary, and GeneralSlowDown settings
don't currently have any effect.  This APAR is to enable these
features.

* If any managed devices are suffering from high CPU or other  *
* resource usage while being discovered by Network Manager, it *
* may help to configure throttling parameters 'GetNext         *
* Boundary' and 'GetNext SlowDown'.  Currently, these settings *
* have no effect on SNMP operations during discovery nor do    *
* they affect network polling.                                 *
