IZ87781: HTTP 404 ERRORS ON GIF AND CSS FILES CAUSING PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS

• Server is returning 404 for browser request to load
  required_label.gif, login_bkg_top.gif, and maximo.css.
  
  The files are on the system, the issue occurs as the code is
  looking in the incorrect area.
  
  The HTTP 404 errors will contribute greatly to page load times.
