hang is due to processing a circular linked list of mbufs,
while the DSI is due to an mbuf double free operation.

Problem conclusion


    

  • Add a lightweight sync (lwsync) to do-while loop that
enqueues a network buffer or chain of network buffers
to the driver's software transmit queue.
