• Steps to reproduce:
  
  Prerequisite: Have Maximo 7.1.1.6 installed with Calibration
  7.1.1.0 and install Utilities 7.1.1.0 + Calibration 7.1.1.0.
  
  1. Create a Job Plan in Job Plans (T&D) and add GL ACCOUNT.
  2. Click "new row" on Job Plan Tasks and add Task 10 with
  duration: 72:00                    3. Click new row on Labor.
  Add Crew Type
  Quantity: 1
  Effort Hours: 4:00
  
  Line Cost:00
  Save record.
  
  4. Go to Preventive Maintenance (Cal) and Create new PM.
  
  Add the following:
  
  Job Plan you created earlier in T&D
  
  Counter 4
  
  Storeroom
  Priority 2
  Tick on: Use this PM to trigger PM Hierarchy
  Child Work Order and Task Will inherit Status Changes.
  
  
  5.  Select Action Generate WO. Generate WOs Due today Plus this
  Number of Days: 1.
  Click OK.
  
  You will receive a message saying:
  
  BMXAA3210E- Failure while generating work orders.
  BMXAA4145E- 2147483647:0-1 is not a valid duration
  
  
  Notes:
  
  When we replace old class (pre-upgrade) PlusdWPLabor from T&D
  7.1.0.0 and replace it         in new T&D 7.1.1.0
  
  It works fine.
  
  
  It looks like MAXIMO Utilities version 7.1.1.0. PlusdWPLabor
  class was
  not updated
  
  Error in the log:
  Error in PM(cal): "BMXAA3210E- failure while generating WO's"
