Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused when a string with invalid characters is
    encoded and decoded using java.beans.XMLEncoder and
    java.beans.XMLDecoder.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR9
    .
    XMLEncoder and XMLDecoder classes have been updated to prevent
    the above problems to happen, this will take care of invalid
    characters itself or in string when encoding or decoding.
    .
    To obtain the fix:
    Install build 20101015 or later
