Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: Users of diagnostic cases inside a template operator function may be affected by this issue. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The compiler frontend produces an internal compiler error when trying to attempt to emit a deallocated message from type analyzer message heap.
Problem conclusion
The compiler has been fixed to save the appropriate message into a message object to avoid the internal compiler error.
Temporary fix
