IZ84536: REORDER ITEMS WITH UNIT COST SET TO 5 DECIMAL PLACES CREATES PR AND WITH UNIT COST ROUNDED DOWN

Error description

• Steps to Reproduce
  First configure Maximo to have Amount datatype to length 15,
  scale 5 in database configuration application select
  action/select field length and Format change amount length to 15
  and amount scale to 5, 5 decimal for item unit cost,changed
  purchas econtract line unitcost, prline unit cost, po line unit
  cost to length 15, scale 5 which can hold 5 decimal,
  you will have to run Apply configuration Changes in Admin Mode
  then go to cmd prompt and run configdb.
  Create a Purchase contract, with a contract type of purchase
  add a couple of contract lines, one with item 121115 quantity
  1,unit cost of 1.23456 and another contract line with itemnum
  217215 quantity 1 unit cost of 125.00.
  Save changes and change the status to APPR
  Go to WOtrack app
  Create a basic work order click on the plans tab/materials
  subtab
  CLick new row add item 121115 enter quantity 2,199.00 unit cost
  of 1.49000 populate storeroom field with Central.
  change status to appr
  Save the record
  Go to Inventory application
  Search for item 121115
  Select action Reorder/Reorder items
  Make sure that Consider contracts when creating PRs/POs is
  checked and uncheck run in background mode field
  Click on preview to make sure the item comes up for reorder
  check the unit cost field which should read 1.23456
  Click on run reorder button which should generate a PR take
  note of the prnum
  Go to PR application
  Bring up the PR and click on prline tab show details of the
  prline the unit cost reads 1.23454 which rounded down and that
  is the issue
