  Problem Description:
  Documentation for command line program kinconfg.exe (MTEMS) is
  incomplete. The command line options for program kinconfg.exe
  (MTEMS) are for internal use only and the documentation for the
  command will be removed from future releases of ITM. As an
  internal command processor Kinconfg.exe should only be used at
  the direction of IBM Support Personnel and IBM reserves the
  right to change this interface any time without notice or
  documentation. Commands, tacmd and kincli which are documented
  command line interfaces should be used. If these commands do not
  perform the desired configuration options, please open an
  enhancement request to extend their capability.
