Local fix

Problem summary

• As the invoker catch any exceptions into RuntimeException,
  getFileSystemPath method does not throw IOException. As a result
  the problem was not handled correctly and it fails
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR8
  .
  The JVM was updated to handle the exception correctly
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100610 or later
