Error description

• If you load a zip file which has not been formatted correctly,
  WSRR fails with:
  
  GSR0046E: The relationship "contains" on the object
  UIPreviewCollection does not exist.

Problem summary

• If you tried to load a zip file which is incorrectly formatted,
  for example, a rar file which has been renamed to .zip, this
  resulted in
  
  GSR0046E: The relationship "contains" on the object
  UIPreviewCollection does not exist.
  
  We only support loading valid zip files, so this fix will not
  enable you to load valid zip files, however it will now produce
  a more relevant error.
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix makes it easier to diagnose the case where you have
  attempted to load an invalid .zip file.
