  Abstract:   If Domino agent running before Domino Server then
  Domino Server startup will fail

  Problem Description: If domino agent is running, starting domino
  server will fail.  The root cause is domino agent (kgbclient)
  locked some resources of domino server such as names.nsf  while
  running. When Domino server starts, it checks these are locked
  and reports error, stops.

  Detailed Recreation Procedure(not every time):
  1. Installed the indicated release of Domino server and domino
  agent.
  2. Start agent.
  3. Start Domino server.
  4. Domino server launch fails.
  .

  1. Set the log level with ERROR (UNIT:KSA ALL) (UNIT:KRA ALL).
  2. Reproduce the problem, then collect the agent logs under
  <CANDLE_HOME>\TMAITM6\logs and
  <KGB_NOTESINIPATH>\data\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT on windows and
  under <CANDLE_HOME>\logs and
  <KGB_NOTESINIPATH>\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT on Linux/Unix.
  

Local fix

• Start the Domino Server before you start the Domino Agent.

  The known customers include: China ICBC(Windows 2003 & AIX),

  monitored domino server, the domino server can't launch. This
